Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and challenges. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, but not having a window was a downside. Despite this, Josh made efforts to accommodate us. However, the lack of surfaces and hooks for organizing belongings due to the wallpaper was inconvenient. The service was a bit frustrating due to a snowstorm delay and unhelpful interactions, but some staff members were friendly. The location was convenient for exploring the historic downtown and train station, although the distance from the Denver airport was a drawback. The dining options were limited and not to my taste, mainly sugary items. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel had its charms.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, but the light from the transom disturbed my sleep. The breakfast included was not up to the standard of what we had booked.
The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, making it a great spot for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, but the lack of windows in some may be a downside. The staff was friendly, except for one receptionist. The dining experience was average, and the facilities met expectations.
The hotel is centrally located in downtown Durango, making it convenient to explore the area on foot. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but may get a bit hot and stuffy at times. Service can be friendly but lacks prompt acknowledgment of guests. Dining options are limited and may not suit all tastes, with mostly sweet items. Value for money is fair overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the quiet of the room despite the lack of windows. The staff was mostly friendly, with one exception. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Durango, and the amenities were satisfactory, although the rooms were uncomfortably warm.
